Mike Conley is passionate about helping engineering teams mature and is a consummate Servant Leader who possesses a rare blend of technical expertise, interpersonal communication skills, and emotional intelligence. He has over 4 years as Fractional CTO, 14 years in strategic leadership, and over 27 years in the industry.
Mike understands what makes a great engineering program, but also has studied what doesn’t work. He is a solution-driven leader with an agile mindset who is skillful in establishing policy, practices, and training, to build teams that excel in collaboration to achieve predictable customer driven results.
