I specialize in startups from 1-250 employees across marketing strategy (GTM, content, demand, sales alignment, software, team building) to biz div and leadership coaching. In addition to working at multiple startups, I have founded two businesses - the best lessons I've learned in the process is what doesn't work. I'm excited for you to share tough learnings. 

Creativity is my superpower. Not in a design way - more like I help people come up with wildly innovative ideas when they are stuck in a rhythm. This applies to campaigns as much as it does people management.
